12 volt breaker maybe blown?

I was hooking up a 12 volt car phone charger style hook up for a back up camera. I crossed the negative and positive wires heard the breaker make noise. That outlet does not work now. I went to the 12 volt breaker box read my manual it says there are tiny buttons to press. I did them all and still no power. It is a 1993 21 foot. Luckily it is only one outlet. How can I fix or is there a button I am missing?

possible there is a fuse in line someplace. especially in a new 12 volt outlet. Time to buy a multi-meter.
