We Did It!!

We signed the papers today and are now extremely proud owners of a 2012 Flying Cloud 25FB!

Hopefully get the walk thru and delivery scheduled for late this week or early next. Can't wait to hook up and pull it home.

We've always been tent campers that drooled over Airstreams. Now having our 3 month old son we took the plunge into Airstreaming. Plus now we can extend our camping into the Texas summers.

We'll definitely keep doing our backpacking trips but I think we're done with truck tent camping.

We're complete newbies to having a trailer and can't contain our excitement.

Ronnie

Fantastic! We just brought home our 25' Eddie Bauer. We also have two kids and have discovered that the trailer lets us go camping, even with babies.

Last summer we rented SOBs a few times. Ben, our youngest was just a month or two older than your baby at the time and I realized how much fun it could be to camp with them. Now our kids are 3.5 and 18 months. The are in love with the trailer.

Yay for you guys! Welcome to the AS family. This forum is a great place of all things Airstream. I've learned so much here in the last few months. We bought ours last Spring and have been on the move since.

I know. I've got 2 weeks before I'm picking it up because of my schedule since I bought it from a dealer 3 hours away. I'm sure it's going to be one of the longest 2 weeks of my life.

Congratulations!

Be sure to spend as much time as it takes on your walk-through - video it if you can for review at a later date. Don't be afraid to ask ANY question you may have on this forum - you'll get great advice!

Congratulations on both of your new family additions (your Airstream and your baby). I wish we could have afforded our Bambi when we were young; we could have enjoyed it all these years and would be a proud owner of a vintage travel trailer.

Wishing you many years of happiness and roadtrips!

Thank you for all the congratulations.

We're very excited and anxious. The days are going to continue to very slowly drag by until we get to bring her home on the 4th.
