Normal Progression

Twenty years with an Airstream, first a 31 foot 1979 Excella 500, then a 34 foot Excella (see ad in classified section) and now a used 2003 XL396 with 4000 miles on the odometer. Now I believe that I have run out of money and ambitions for the large units.

Hi, and welcome to the forums. I'm exactly two steps behind you. I have a '79 31' Excella that's been very good to me (and I've tried to be very good to it), and I want a front dinette 34' someday to replace it. In logical moments, I tend to think that's a bit nuts. Sounds like you have a honey of an XL. How about some photos in your gallery for the rest of us to gape at?
