Greetings trucks4life!
Welcome to the Forums and the world of Vintage Airstream ownership!
What you have is a comparatively unusual Airstream.
1965 was something of a one-off model year. The windows, door, and a number of other features were different from the
1964 and prior coaches and were also different from the
1966 and later coaches. Your coach appears to be mostly original. The toilet appears to be a more modern replacement, but most of the other appliances appear to be original to the coach. You will want to be VERY CAREFUL when dealing with that OEM furnace as they were known for being efficient producers of Carbon Monoxide -- the similar model furnace was one of the first things that I replaced on my Overlander for this reason 24 years ago. It appears that the one-stop access door at the rear of the coach may be a replacement, but I am not absolutely sure. You are likely to find that the original UniVolt is inoperative or overcharges the battery at will. If you find that you have the original PAR water pump, it is well worth the price of a rebuild kit as it will outlast anything else that you can buy new today. If your coach has an original Bay Breeze Air Conditioner, it may be worth finding a refrigeration tech willing to check it out as it has commercial components that can be rebuilt and I know that mine cooled better than its modern replacement (I didn't know about the quality of the Bay Breeze until after it was gone, sad to say).
Good luck with your investigation and projects!
Kevin
