My wife bought a 1970 Safari for her father to stay in while visiting us in the N.C. mountains. He's passed on now and left her a little money we are using to restore the Airstream. It was in great shape when purchased and only doing some foundation things to get her down the road for years to come.
Thanks to this online community for being the free giving spirits you are!.

Welcome to the Forums. There are really a great bunch or people here. If you get the opportunity to attend a rally, do so. It's a kick.

A big hearty welcome to you, David and Jackie. May you enjoy the Safari for many years to come as well. There will be another North Georgia forum rally sometime in April. Be watching for some info to come across the forums after the first of the year.
watch for our Spring Rally in N Georgia...on Lake Chatuge. We usually get folks from all the surrounding states and further. Lots of laid back fun, and much shared Airstream info.
Welcome to the forums. Great bunch of people here and endless knowledge. I have learned so much in just the past few days. Welcome and Happy Holidays to you and yours.
I will still get pictures posted this week of my new "baby" 1962 Tradewind! Just got busy with Christmas is all.
Welcome to the forums, lets see some pictures of your trailer.
