Need firsthand info on floor replacement

I recently purchased a 25' 2005 Safari LE as a retirement project. Trailer was represented has having been vandalized and all hard equipment stolen. I assumed an 11 year old AS would not have the floor problems I have read about in the 30 and 40 year old units. I now know I need to replace part or all of the floor under the rear window and do some work on the front floor as well. I would like to meet someone in the Phoenix metro area who has done this work to get some first hand information. I will not be working on unit until fall when temps moderate.

Thank you for the threads on the bumper and the epoxy repair. I will examine them very seriously.
