WE HAVE RECENTLY PICKED UP A 1997 25' SAFARI FROM UTAH...WE HAD A GREAT TRIP HOME AND HAVE BEEN TRYING TO POLISH, CLEAN, CHECK OUT SYSTEMS, ETC. - BELIEVE OR NOT IT SEEMS THAT EVERYTHING WORKS!!! WE WOULD LIKE TO MEET & TRAVEL WITH SOME OTHER CALIFORNIA AIRSTREAMERS - WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR SAFARI AND LOOK FORWARD TO MANY ADVENTURES...IF I SHOULD BE POSTING TO ANOTHER PLACE, PLEASE LET ME KNOW. CONTACT US AT alscottfree@aol.com or konteke@aol.com. Thanks, Teke Scott

Hi Alscottfree,
There are a few Rallies that happen thru out the year down in your neck of CA. You can find list down on the bottom of the page. Just keep an eye on that list and sign up. It's that easy.

Hi Teke and Al,
Welcome to the Airstream life! We love our Airstream since the first day we get it home. We travel with our cat TT, and it's been her favorite getaway since.
From time to time, the calstreamers get together in various locations in the southland, and we would love to meet you guys one day. Check out Vail Lake at Temecula in June 5-7. It's for an official rally, only about 6 of us getting together, and you are welcome to join us. PM us if you are interested.
Safe trailing.

I Just Spoke To Vail Lakes Resort - Everything In Your Area Is Taken, They Do Have Space In The "oaks" Area - Has Anyone In Your Initial List Cancelled Out So That We Could Take Their Spot - Otherwise We'll Do The "oaks" Area. Thanks, Teke

Welcome to the forums and the Airstream life!
Be sure and check out the rally schedule on the top blue toolbar by month, gives you a great idea of what is coming up as well as look at the ads on the sidebar down the page (mentioned by 1953 Flying!).
But, don't limit yourself to Southern Cal. Hey, some of us in the northland go camping too!

Very good advice, the Norcal Rallys are great, not to mention the FCU Rallys (Four Corners Unit of the WBCCI). Many of us frequent many of the different rallys in the West, there really are no boundries for associating with any rally, either forum rallys (non-membership type events) or club rallys (WBCCI). Even with WBCCI rallys, guests are welcome without joining the club.
