1983 Sovereign 27ft

What do you think is a fair price for a 1983 27ft Sovereign?

Everything apparently works. Tires are great, bearings recently packed. New AC with heat strip (put in by great repair shop) Awnings all in good shape. Underbelly good. Fridge is newer. Couch still has same fabric. from 83, but good condition. Floors changed in last 3 years. Dont know much more about it...Oh electric brakes. No body damage; dont know about polish.

I have yet to see it, but assuming things only go up from this discription...what would you be wiling to pay?

Oh this is a rear twin model

On the flip side...

I purchased a 77 31' Sovereign last September for 3500. Newer tires, new fridge, orgional upholstery with fairly old carpet. 2 of the outriggers need replaced (in front of and behind driver's side wheels), I packed the bearings myself, fixed 2 splits in the water lines. I've had some say I should have found a newer (pricier) unit, but heck, instead of working to pay for it, I'm at KOA laying in bed typing this right now!!! Erik
