Dash cams or gopros

Anybody have any advise on gopros or dash cams?

I personally have an Anker Roav that I’m pretty happy with. The app works very nicely and shows you where each clip starts and stops on a map.

A friend of mine has been experimenting with cameras and really likes the Nexar (www.getnexar.com). It looks pretty cool because it automatically copies video to your smartphone and if a collision or near collision is detected it will upload to a free cloud account. The “boring” videos get uploaded once your phone has WiFi.
