An idea for '75 Argosy MH bathroom redo??

OK-I'm trying out different ideas for the center bathroom in my 1975 20' Argosy MH.
The bathroom is basically a wet room--no tub, just sink, toilet and hand-held shower.. The ABS plastic appears to be in good shape--just very yellowed and VERY out of date. I really like the idea of using mosaic tiles throughout the bathroom (walls, floors, toilet base, and sink front)--but I'm not sure how it would hold up (maybe silicone adhesive and silicone caulking instead of grout??).
Another option--cladding the entire space with pre-polished aluminum panels! Walls, toilet base, and sink--all wrapped in aluminum panels and riveted in. Nothing to tear out--just resurfacing. Then replace the toilet with a good looking new white china throne! The aluminum theme could be continued outside of the bathroom with the overhead lockers and cabinetry wrapped in aluminum.
Any thoughts??

My thoughts

Been thinking about a custom bathroom design myself. My son is 6' 3" & has trouble in a standard AS shower. I'll be using formica for the wall panels. This keeps it lightweight & waterproof. I'll use this material for countertops also. My son is an auto body mechanic. He have to fabricate the shower pan to accomodate his large frame.

Your mosaic idea might not work if you move the TT a lot. The tile pieces will fall as the trailer flexes. Covering all you have listed will add lots of weight.

A shop i used to work at would have damaged Jacuzzi tubs repaired & painted at a local auto body shop. Maybe you can remove & bring the yellowed bath pieces in for a paint job with acryilic paints.

What happened with your bathroom re-do? I have the same issue with my Caravel. Not sure if I want to pay someone to resurface it. I heard auto body paint is REALLY expensive too. I like the idea of aluminum, but who does one go to fabricate a sink and cabinet??

I realize most all the posts I respond to on this group are over 2 yrs. old, but I am trying to learn and research from others.
