Fair price for FC 19

My wife and I love the Airstream look and have found a 2011 FC 19. It's listed in excellent condition with an asking price of $40k.

Is this a fair price?

That's sorta like me telling you about a 2011 Basspro bass boat for sale at $11K and asking if that's a fair price.

Kinda depends on a few things...like .. CONDITION. And a whole lot of other things.
