Pretty good number for the German dinner at Stone Mountain Village but I bet there will be more! A good time and don't forget the beer.

Man I wish I'd heard of this on earlier. I have a 1955 Wally Byam Holiday, live in Athens so Stone Mtn would be easy. When I go on line it tells me the neither orange or purple areas are available. I'm sure I missed something in the 9 pages of posts but is the rally sold out?

Hi Lanny,
There is still plenty of space! Please come. Reservations for this rally can't be made on the Stone Mountain website. You have to call the campground and tell them you want to go to the Airstream TAC rally April 18-21st. Their number is 770-498-5710.
Hope to see you there!

Casting around, trying to find the right rally? Want to do something more than just hanging around the trailer? Check this out.

Counting down the days
I just spent 10 days outside of Charlotte in the AS as a way to duck out of spending $100+/night at a hotel. The only sad part was re winterizing the trailer when I got back home. I am so excited about the upcoming Rally again this year. It is only about 6 weeks away. It is time to start thinking about the fun we will have. As this is a wonderful mix of ages we hope there will be a good gathering of kids to play in the large field in the center of the loop. We will plan to bring some games and such along. and encourage others to do the same.
Looking forward to seeing you all there soon.
Check out more photos from last year;

The deadline for reservations must be drawing near. Don't delay-get on the phone today! It looks like a wonderful group of people, of all ages, will already be in attendance. Are we going to have the pleasure of watching and listening to the young musical family band again this year?

Last year, before the magic show, kids were having their faces painted with designs and crazy hair styles done. I don't know what the price was for this activity. The hair looked like something from a Dr. Suess book. Plan ahead, if you are bringing young children that might enjoy this.
We are all in for a treat to listen to the Pizzachop family band. Make sure you set some time aside to enjoy this group on Saturday night at the Pavilion.

If we had a name, you'd probably expect us to start rehearsing as well, no?

"May all of the rally gods and potluck-lovers forgive me! We’re going to try something different. You don’t want to miss this!"
We want to encourage everyone to prepare finger food/snacks to serve outside several (or all) of the trailers on tour. We will start out near site 166 and move down the row to visit each trailer on tour and enjoy snacks along the way!
We will also have tables set up (with power) for more traditional pot luck dishes somewhere along the way. This is will be our gathering spot after the tour. So join in for the tour, the snacks, or just potluck --whatever you like!
We think refreshments, heavier hors d'oeuvres, sandwiches, light snacks, whatever, qualify as finger food. Anything you can eat while standing.
This will get started Saturday around 5pm. Let's have fun with this!!
