SNU March Davis Creek Rally, Carson City, NV

The Sierra Nevada Unit will host its first Rally for 2008 at Davis Creek Regional Park March 27th through March 30th. Davis Creek overlooks scenic Washoe Lake and US 395 between Carson City and Reno, NV. A seemingly bottomless coffee carafe, and informal potlucks are typical fare for rally guests who may choose between relaxing in the campsite, bird watching, working up a sweat along the hiking and bike trails or visiting the nearby Historic Bower Mansion. The Unit will hold a short membership meeting Saturday afternoon. Cost is $5 per night per rig.

Be prepared to exercise your boondocking skills since the restroom and hookups may not be available this early in the Spring. Expect daytime temperatures in the 50's; upper 20's to low 30's at night. The rally is open to WBCCI/SNU members and other Airstream owners and potential owners as our guests.

Well Time Machine, I guess I was in such a hurry to put up the rally thread that I overlooked including the date!! Its Thursday March 27th through Sunday the 30th. I'll be putting it up on the Rally Calendar tonight. I am glad someone is reading it and asking questions.
