Irish Cuisine - not being much of a cook, bottle washer maybe, nor Irish leaves me on the fringes of the menu endeavor. However, I do recall Shepherd's Pie, Guinness & Onion Soup, and Soda Bread as being other staple choices when I visited Ireland and it's pubs a long time ago.

I may be 25% Irish-American, but I'm 100% Louisianan, so my potluck offering will be my semi-famous chicken, sausage, and bacon jambalaya (because even jambalaya is better with bacon ). It's just about the only dish that I can make that comes out right every single time.
Call it a side dish, if jambalaya offends anyone's Irish sensibilities as a main course.

Craig and I ( mtnramblers) had B-1 full hook up lakefront site reserved for the rally, however we will regrettably not be able to attend. I have contacted the campground and cancelled. If anyone would like to have this waterfront site ( B1 ) , it is now available. Hate we will miss all the fun, fellowship and good Irish food. Good day mates!! Dance a jig for us!
See y’all in the Fall!!

Lisa and Barbara just signed up and on E-1 because there were so few sites left which means this will be a fun event! Thanks for reminding Jon and Allyson because they, in turn, notified us. You guys are too much fun to pass up.

Flea Market Item- 1972 Overlander Desk w/ plastic drawers
I have a dark walnut (formica) desk from a 1972 Overlander that I would love to get out of my shop if anyone is interested.
I'll gladly pack it if it can go home with anyone else.
I can post a pic when I find one.
