Great Idea!

Carol,
About $5 a piece for the flight time and the photos would be digital so they can be passed around on a USB Flash drive or emailed. If the recipient wants a print that would be at thier cost.
I just checked Google earth. From directly overhead the concrete pads are visibile.
We're in.

If shirts are available we would like 1 Lg. & 1 XL.
I am bringing a string of work lights to string over the pot luck site. They should work well to light up the area. If someone can bring a ladder to put them up or maybe the park will let us use one.
I am planning to bring a fire pit for the pot luck area.
For those of you coming to Fl. a little earlier in the week, we are looking at some pretty cool weather for us here in Northwest Fl. mid week, next week. Looks like the Destin area will be have some night time low temps of high twenty's to low 30's for Tues-Thur and then warming up on Friday. If you are camping inland in North Florida during the same period they are saying mid to upper 20's, maybe even upper teens?

OK, I'm in for firewood. Anyone have any idea how much? I can bring as much as needed and I guess leave it but would not like to have to haul a bunch home. We don't have a fireplace in our home that burns real wood.
You folks that had the fire at the potluck site last year remember how much was used. Right now I am planing for a complete row across the back of the F250 up to the top of the bed. Advice please.
WHERE IS BYHALIA, MS We went to USM and i dont remember hearing about Byhalia .
I can answer that - it's up by Memphis in the NW corner of the state. Just 30 minutes from Memphis to the SE. Beautiful part of the state and just minutes from Oxford.
Just a heads up: we will be canceling our #118 site reservation for the Can Opener () tomorrow or Monday, and hope that someone still thinking about attending can take up our spot. We'll post here when Max makes the cancellation so that someone can slip right in behind us. We are SO disappointed, but family needs with several issues will keep us close to home. Have the most wonderful time together, beach walks, sun and sand and surf, and of course, great food and beverages. Will someone please remove our plans for the PotLuck on Saturday night: Hoppin' John, Bacon and a grill for cooking it, Airstream lights and Missouri wine. Please keep this thread going so that we feel like we are really there...Happy New Year, '08! ~G
