The map I got with my early entrance bar code shows open from B(iology) out, 3:15 to 4:15, with a huge theme camp blocked out in side that from D(NA) to E(xtinct), 3:30 to 4:00. Oh yeah, streets are Esplande, Adapt, Biology, Chaos, DNA, Extinct, Fossil, Genome, Hominid, Inherit, Jurassic, Kinship, Lineage. I'd love to get mail with an address of Chaos. 2:10 to 2:45 looks open, but that could be (LLOOUUDDD). The joys of old age and loss of hearing, EH?

I'd like to be closer to the Esplanade for easier access
and to the center side of 3 if we can.
It is nice being kind of near the 3:00 portal.
But wherever we land will be fine.
We'll watch for our Airforums sign.

I wonder if someone could get an e-mail out (maybe on Sunday) once you decide where we'll be?

I'm envious, Been to quite a few burns over the years including the first one held in the Black Rock. Only about 100 people there for that one. (I used to live in Gerlach, believe it or not.) Wanted to come to this one but the MH isn't quite ready and I don't want to just camp out in my vehicle. Next year I guess... If anyone makes a trip out to Planet X say hi to John & Rachel for me.

TK,
Hey neighbor, look for the Burnstream Court neon sign around 8:15 & Hominid or Genome!

MAUKAHALE

We plan on leaving Portland early Saturday the 29th and staying in Cedarville, CA. that night. We will fill up with water there on Sunday and joining our friends prior to heading down toward BM to get in line Sunday evening.

Hey! I want to come check out how everyone has customized their trailers. I just bought a nineteen ft. '64 Silverstream. I doubt she'll be coming this year unless I get a tow from Colorado...but I'm happy to have found you all here!
I'll be at Crysalis Comfort Camp at 3:45 and C with or without the 'stream.'

Twinkle, our 29 foot Silver Streak motorhome is now out of the shop with a rebuilt tranny. We took her home this weekend to trouble shoot pre-burn. I got to learn the joys of drilling out rivets so I could get to a persistent grey water tank leak (found it, fixed it) and then got to rivet the panels back together again. The new(ish) on board genny runs great, the A/C is running great, found the hidden blown fuse and now the fridge runs great. Next week its time to clean and take stock of tools and stuff and then the final weekend its the Costco run to stock up on food, water and booze just before we head out. Not sure if we are showing up in Gerlach late Sunday or sun up Monday.

Left Stranded

Well, once again it looks as though I will be left standing out in the proverbial rain. So here is my pitch.

Anyone streaking by Mancos, Co or within a six hour drive who is willing to take on an additional inhabitant?

Barring that, does anyone need to share gas expenses. I can offer the floor of a partially dismantled Bambi with no AC. Roughing it for sure.

Crying bucket o' tears.

Please PM me if there is a possibility.

Thanks!

Hi Everyone...This is my first post. I picked up my '75 Tradewind today...I'm a long time burner and will be attending for the 7th time this year (in a row)...I won't be taking my new (to me) Airstream only because my other trailer is already dialed in and this one needs a bit of work. My buddies and I are Camp obnoXious. Come find us near 9:00 and DNA.

We'll try to keep a "to the Airforums Airstream camp" sign up at 3:00 and Inherit starting Monday, and post it at the center camp board somehow. We'll also try to send a note to here as soon as logical. We usually can spot the herd of aluminati though, its the aluminatus oneseys that might get by us. If you see me staring at your A/S as you are wandering around the 3:00 to 3:30 area, tell me I'm looking for you.
Anybody got a gooder name for our camp this year? Is that wonderful sign making it back again?

Most interesting how most cell phones die just as you pass into the playa, mine does.

A fellow at work was camping out in the Black Rock range or somewhere out there last weekend, said the playa is good and hard this year.

Yea! Much easier to ride far and wide.

When are you early arrivals arriving?
