Wondering if anyone might have towing experience with Blue Ox and the 23FB. Wanting to order me one but not sure if I need the 750lb bars or 1000lb bars?
I know they both will work but which would be better for that size and tongue weight?
I have heard the tongue weight of the 23FB can get to around 700-800lbs real quick with batteries and full propane bottles. Hitch weight added in there too can bring that factory 489lbs up quick. Thanks
I use the BO towing my 2006 23 with a 2011 Jeep GC Overland Hemi. Other then personal injury caused by my negligence it works fine. I use at the recommendation of BO 750 lb bars.

Do you know what a learning experience is? A learning experience is one of those things that says "You know that thing that you just did? Don't do that."
I use the blue Ox on my 28 and am very happy. It's important to remove bar loading prior to lowering bars by rising the tounge of the trailer with hitch jack. I also bought a longer "Breaker Bar" to lock/unlock bars much easer to control longer bar. I get no sway while pulling with my F250 diesel and use the 1000 lbs bar because of the heavy tounge weight of my 28 footer, about 1200 lbs
