How much should a 16ft ZipDee Awning cost?

I have been trying to get an awning for my A/s. I had to repeatedly tell the parts people that I needed "the whole assembly I have nothing". After 4 weeks it finally arrived in Ontario, Canada and was just the fabric with the case. Now I need to individually buy all the parts to complete it. Can someone tell me if Zipdee has one part number and and a price for a 16Ft complete awning. I think when the dust settles I will have well over 2200$ in it.

WOW!!!! Who are you dealing with? I just got a quote for a 17' from Zip Dee this morning . Complete thing with shipping was $1350.00. That was US dollars. I contacted ZD at 800-338-2378.To see the fabrics go to www.Sunbrella.com

I just had a complete installation on my 26' overlander, I think the actual awning is probably about 16'...installed cost was $1400

I have been dealing with Can-Am. The parts person I was originally dealing with is (I think) no longer there. The fabric and the spindle/canister assembly was 1395$ cdn and to complete the awning is an additional $700. Plus shipping. The total $2095 (+tax + shipping). If a complete awning is $1400 us then mine should have cost approximately $1850 cdn. It appears that I spend $245 for the(ir) error.
