This is most likely what you would run into on this trailer. It's OK if your ready for it.

same era, same issues for sure. The one that just left this morning has an identical frame. I am not sure what was going on with the construction to cause that to happen.

Listen to Frank, he does this for a living.

And, if both of you aren't in agreement about this, that is something you'll have to resolve before you look for a trailer. Otherwise, that's like having a baby when one of you doesn't want one.

You might look at the 68 TradeWind that came up on the ebay tracker today. I have the same model and if it is in the shape it appears from the ad, it might be worth a look.

Thanks for all of your advice- extremely helpful, however...:)

After considering what was posted here I had decided not to get it, but my nephews wanted to see it anyhow and it's this sort of field trip that brings us together. In person it didn't seem all that bad, dents will pull out, structure sound and against my better judgment I went ahead and got it*. Here's the kicker; little did I know just an hour south an ad was being placed for the my ultimate airstream, check it out, you won't believe your eyes. If I had called just one hour earlier, it would have been mine.

*returning home from Greece I made $1,600 by taking the compensation to fly home the next day so I guess there was some mad-money at hand fueling my insanity.
