How long does it take for a window repair?

My rear bedroom window broke 3 weeks ago on my 2014 International. I was told by the dealership that it would take awhile. But it has been a solid 3 weeks and I'm still without my AS. The dealership told me windows are custom made. Does anyone have experience in this area that you can share? Frankie Lee

If you left your trailer there, and if the dealership ordered the window the day you dropped the trailer off, it can take up to 60 days to get the window from Airstream. Possibly more, depending on how many orders Airstream's parts department is working on. If the dealership is also installing the window for you, the amount of time it takes once the window arrives will depend on the service department's workload.

I am not sure where you left your AS to get repaired however when my window broke two years ago it did not take that long to replace it.
