9. Modification or Cancellation of Drawing: The BCIC and the BMPC reserves the right to cancel or modify the Raffle. If 800 tickets are not sold by 5:00 p.m. on June 30, 2007, BMPC, at its option, may modify the Raffle by withdrawing the prizes and split the remaining net proceeds (income less expenses) equally between one drawn entrant (the Grand Prize winner) and the BMPC. In the event that any non-monetary prize is lost, damaged, destroyed, or otherwise not available, the BMPC shall be limited to refund of ticket price to participants. The BCIC and the BMPC's liability for any other claim is limited to refund of ticket price.
Looks like they win regardless...
I wonder if that's what happened at the last "drawing".

I don't think that there was a last drawing. That was November so maybe it's the same drawing?

This is the first year that the Botkins Community Improvement Corporation of Botkins, OH has held this raffle. It is intended to repeat annually from this year on. This raffle got a late start and began in October. There are still plenty of tickets available. As I may have mentioned earlier in this thread, I am from Botkins and built the website for this raffle so if anyone has any questions feel free to post any questions for me or PM me.
