Found Beside Road in Canada ! !

We had our 59 Tradewind on her maiden voyage last week, and found this at the side of the road..... As we were poking around, looking in the windows, and being generally nosey, the owner came home and very eagerly showed us the inside (Sorry no pics). Needs work, but the owner says they use it all the time, and he even lends it out ! ! Take a look.... vin says it's a 62....

Neat find!

Ask him if I can borrow it for ten or fifteen years.

Yes, we have courtesy parking for you. About an hour North of Los Angeles.

Love it. It looks like it is ready to go and I really like the fact that they have lowered it. They tow much nicer behind lowered hotrods that way.

How did your maiden voyage pan out? Are you happy?

Barry

Maiden Voyage went very well, indeed. We headed North from here in Windsor, Ontario to the Lake Huron shore. A friend has property and generously let us stay on the bluff on his front lawn. We arrived in the rain and it continued to rain for 4 days! ! We had to wait 4 more days to move the trailer so as not to leave any ruts in the nice lawn. We then headed across Ontario to Lake Erie and stayed a few days at a beautiful private park with ginormous sand dunes. Quite the natural phenomenon. Then we took a slow cruise along Lake Erie (South) to our home base near Kingsville Ontario. Already planning the next trip.

i know this wont go over well with a lot of you, but i considered bagging mine. my cadillac has airbag suspension and i thought it would be cool to have the trailer match, so when i pull in to the site all you hear is the air being released and then 44 feet of beauty laying on the ground!!!!! hahahaha
wont do it, but thought about it!!!!
