For topics of discussion, are we allowed to start a thread dedicated to welcoming camp grounds, or would that be considered advertising?

By welcoming, I mean gay positive.

As long as you have no financial interest in it, that wouldn't be advertising, it would be more like a review. (I'm not a moderator so that's not a definitive answer, just a rational one.)

That's great, since this long thread has touched on so many different, tenuously-related topics... we can start "Family"-oriented threads with more specific topics, like the gay-friendly campground cameront120 suggested.

That's what's so cool about having a sub forum. We can have a photo section, intro section and the campground section will be cool. This is so great!

I've created an "Official Intro Thread" in the FOD sub-forum so we can re-introduce ourselves in one place instead of trying to follow the intros interspersed throughout this thread.

Come say hi!

Interesting- we just put Michelins on hoping for longer life. I went through many phone calls to the dealer (useless) the service manager (useless but nicer) and Toyota customer care (useless, tried to sell me another set of the OEM tires) Our Ridgeline got almost 60k on the OEM tires, same roads and same kind of loading.

the Michelin's should be fine for 70,000 miles on your truck. That's how long I had them on my 2006 PSD pulling a 25' Classic. They just kept going and going.

I did a lot of research and the michelins seemed to have the best reviews in terms of long life. It sounds like others on this thread agree - glad to hear it because new tires are not cheap! I think I ended up with the Michelin pilot all seasons if my memory serves me correctly.

If you're on a computer (rather than an iPhone or Android phone) near the top of the page you'll see a picture of a folder with a bunch of clickable names to the right of it. Reading this thread, it looks like:

Airstream Forums > Airstream Community Forums> Airstream Lifestyle> Friends of Dorothy

If you click on that first "Friends of Dorothy" it'll take you to to sub-forum. You can also get there by navigating through the Forums page.

Michelins are great, I have them on my Fit and our Ridgeline, and have been buying them for 30 years. I hope we just get 25-30k out of them, not the 10k we got with the last set, Continentals.
