Risks of a salvage title

What is the advice on buying a trailer that has been restored and is very good shape but was purchased on Ebay with a salvage title?

Be sure you're comfortable that you really do understand the trailer's condition and history, and be sure that you know what you'll have to do to title and register it in any states where you plan to do that. Some states have inspection requirements and so on for restored salvage vehicles.

Hi, it might not be insurable, but a salvage title is better than no title.
