When you can't wait to stage a photo with your restored 1976 Wagoneer and your new Airstream. Maybe in April...

If you've just won the lottery and instead of ordering a new Rexall tour bus, you don overalls a go on a hunt for the best mouse, mud dauber and barn cat infested aluminum tube you can find.

When thinking of buying a new house the number one priority is parking for your airstreams

If you put your house (stick and brick) street number over your front and back door in big red numbers

That describes me to a T! Im looking for a house right now. Even if it may be flawless and have a steal of a price, its a no-go if it doesnt have Airstream parking

You have guests over for the holidays or visiting and you give them the 2100SF house and you stay in the Airstream, trying to convince them that there visit or this action is not an inconvenience.

......If your house has become the local landmark the neighbors use when giving directions to their house. "Our house is ( ........) from the house with the Airstreams". Except they say "metal trailers, silver trailers, shiny trailers, stainless steel trailers, roundy trailers.....etc."

When you sell your brand new trailer for a 20 year old airstream and your upgrading
You refer to is as THE AIRSTREAM and not the trailer in everyday conversation.
When you talk about it like it is your best friend
When you somehow bring it up in all your conversations

When you have a house full of guests and for sleeping arrangements you keep everyone in the house while you sleep in the Airstream in the yard. What you don't tell your guests is that you would rather sleep in the Airstream anyway

Thumbs up

You see nothing "extreme" in any of these answers.
