Hi to all. US Army 1969-1972, Vietnam and then Heidelberg, Germany for the remainder. New Jersey Air Nat. Guard until retirement a few years back. Still here in NJ but looking to move south before too long. Maybe South Carolina. So far that's the best choice we've found. I was a combat engineer in the Army and same thing in the Air Force but they call their engineers the Civil Engineering Squadron. Same-Same. In Vietnam was stationed near Bien Hoa for the first part then moved south near Can Tho. We were a moveable group to be assigned where they needed us quickly. 104th Engineers DT.
New to Airstreaming. Have a recently purchased '85 Excella 32'. Plan to get out in it in a few weeks when the weather permits here in the NE for a local shakedown cruise so I can check and see how the systems perform. Lookin forward to cruising around after tenting it for so long.

Also a retired Police Officer from here in NJ. Glad to be out of that NUTT HOUSE too. Anyhow, Thanks to all, Stay well

Roger

Here's a link to an article about my dad's WW II Navy squadron that is an interesting read.

On the second page of the article in the picture at the top right, my dad is on the far right with his hand in his pocket. (You may have to reduce the text size to Smallest in Internet Explorer via the View menu to read all of the sidebar).

Still in, still serving, still under stop loss.

Thanks Dave, but there are many more who have given so much more than I have.

I had a good career, but unless I see some change, I am done for the time being.

I can furnish you with more details.

Respectfully,

Don't get pissed, get even. I can think of several ways to play with this Nigerian, I mean "Cpt. Harris", for days. Tie up his time so that he's not preying on a widow someplace.

I saw an FBI statistic a couple of years ago that said something like $125m has disappeared because of this crap.

Just my 2 cents.
