mine is just an abbreviation of my surname.

I also use a couple of differing variations of it depending on the forum i am on, gaming, motorcycling, etc.

similar to other couples i use both our names but i post. we differ in our opinions yes. i having been beaten to death and revived many years ago find i need a chapperone ( sounds better than baby setter ) at times. so we appear as a pair, most everywhere i go cindy goes. we travel 20k a year doing NSRA car shows. shes lucky enough that one of my sons travels with me to metalmeets and she gets to rest. god gave me a second chance at life, cindy gives me a second chance at living. so were Roger n Cindy

davidz71 name

davidz71 is a combination of my 2nd born son and my '92 Chevy Z71. I was going to give it to him for graduation in '01 but he rolled it missing a deer on a silty back road. Besides that, craigz71 was already taken on the forum.

Our screen name came from trying to compromise on something like alumi-nuts, which my wife could not agree with.
After several interesting spellings and searches of the web, google came up with the site for the historical aluminum submarine, the aluminaut.
Her crew where the aluminauts. Problem solved!

Well - the name is obvious - I have NO imagination! We did however, name the trailer "Acoustic Argosy" and install a name plate (using existing holes from an old dealer label) right next to the door - we're in the music industry and it seemed sort of fitting.

Started using Iceboy117 on another forum since I have been to Antarctica several times. The name was taken but I added the 117 as they were the next three keys I hit..... Jim....

It's the dealer's fault!

We were in AZ and looking at the RV Trader ads and saw "her". She was advertised as 'A Real Creampuff'- the rest is history!!

My real name is Albert; a joker in the office with the name of Craig decided I was to be called Alvin after the chipmunk, I guess. So I came up with alvinator and Craig is now called Craigypoo!

See, you should not have asked where these goofy names come from!!!!
