Alright! We had so much fun back in the fall we've decided to do another rally in the spring!

I'm looking at the second weekend in April, the 12th to the 14th. I don't think it'll be too hot yet and hopefully we'll have good weather.

We'll have it at the same place, Lincoln Parish Park in Ruston, LA which is our handy little hidden gem in North Louisiana. Just call them (318-251-5156) and let them know you want a spot. Pay when you get here. Hopefully we get large enough to pack out the parks 30 or so spots.

Also I'm going to go ahead and plan a fall rally (really, can you have too many?) for the weekend of Sept 27-29 here at the same place.

Hi Matt & Stephanie!

Lincoln Parish Park is a lovely spot, and mid April in northern Louisiana should be beautiful.

Would love to join you, but we will be gearing up just about this time for a wedding in NYC.

Have a great rally, and we will catch you another time.

Well let's see...No heater, needs new tires and axles...no fresh water system...no mattress...no propane system....

None of that matters when Mrs HiHo says 'we' need to get done and take Dolly to this rally.

Wait.....are you standing in my driveway describing my rig? No, I've got new tires.

That's okay, you'll be in good company. Currently you can walk to the back of mine and then step on the driveway. My bathroom is no more. From the floor to the belly pan is all in a pile on my carport.

I'm now officially on my wife's blacklist if there's not indoor plumbing of some sort soon.

We are gonna try and make it...it's kinda up in the air if we haul the 34' or the 26'...

We haven't had plumbing yet in our camping journeys (tent, then popup) so it hasn't been that big a deal.......yet.

Reminder, don't forget to call Lincoln Parish Park (318-251-5156) and reserve your spot.

Also, could I get a moderator to change the title of this thread to "Two Weeks From Everywhere Spring Rally 2013 in Ruston, Louisiana" please. It would allow people to know where (that's assuming they know where Ruston, LA is) this rally is right off the bat and save them a step of having to find that information elsewhere.

We won't be able to make the April dates, and the September dates won't work, but maybe next year? Too many plans, too little time!

We totally understand! That's part of the reason we're trying to kick this thing off. We're "two weeks from everywhere" and can't seem to make most of these rallies. If you ever do make it out here, don't hesitate to stop by and spend the night. We just might be out there.

Okay. I moved the date of the September rally a week ahead to the weekend of September 20-22. There is a two day mountain bike race which is a part of the Texas fall cup and the Louisiana state championship scheduled the original weekend. Big news and fun if you're a bike racer or fan, but it'll be pretty crowded that weekend at the park.
