Canopener 2017 Map Updates 12/10/2016

I have updated the campground maps today showing site locations for Canopener 2017 attendees. Quite a few changes and there are still some holes. We need those of you who have been hiding in the weeds to fess up so we can make name tags and a rally bag for you.

We build the maps and create the nametags off the information on the Canopener RSVP page. If you haven't yet registered for the rally (a campground reservation doesn't register you with the rally) please go to the rally RSVP page at the link below, scroll to the bottom of the page, and register. If you site has changed, or you are cancelling your plans to attend, please go to the RSVP page, scroll to the bottom, and make the appropriate changes to your rally reservation. Remember, we need you to provide your site number, the days you are attending, and the first names of the human beings on your site. While we like pets, we won't be making name tags for them so we don't need the name of your python. Here is the link to the RSVP site so you can create and update your reservation:

Canopener 2017 Rally RSVP Page

The updated campground maps appear at the links below. Please help us out by looking at your listing on the map and let me know by PM if there is an error. We try to be accurate, but like your Airstream we aren't perfect.

Canopener 2017 Map Sites 101-168 & Cabins

Only 27 days to go.

I received several updates on the RSVP page and through PM's. The changes received have been reflected on the maps. The links in thread #225 should take you to the updated maps.

Again a reminder to RSVP for the rally at the Rally reservations page so we can complete the maps and the name tags. Post #225 provides instructions for RSVP.

Thanks, AWCHIEF, you've been very helpful!

When my wife and I were there in 2011 she sold some pottery at our site, actually she sold it all. We have been asked several times if we were ever coming back, well yes, we will be there, site #155. Looking forward to a good time. Praying for warm breezes???

Sitting here this morning drinking my coffee from one of Janice's cups picked up Alumalina. Looking forward to seeing what she brings with her.

FYI- A site just opened up, but max 20 foot. Shoot!

Remember my $100 bonus to let me know if anyone decides to cancel! That will buy you some holiday merriment....or will refill your propane tanks!

Thanks! Justin, Nashville

WE GOT ONE!!!!! You guys just don't know how EXCITED I am! This will be the best Christmas surprise. I think I will get my wife a little canopener and have her figure it out. I had already resigned her to the fact that it was impossible.

Come see us at SITE 58! Justin & Rachel Holder and our two sons Lincoln and Shepard, Murfreesboro, Tennessee

Canopener Map Changes

We've had a few Canopener map changes over the past few days so I am issuing new maps. Please take a look and advise me by PM if there are errors to be corrected.

For those who have a site through a Reserve America registration, please note your site reservation does not sign you up for the rally itself. To register with the rally you must go to the Rally RSVP page on Airforums, scroll to the bottom of the page, and in the block provide your site number, date of arrival and departure, and the first names of all human beings in your Airstream. While we love pets, we don't need the names of your dogs, cats, goldfish, and snakes. Here is a link to the RSVP page:

HI all, the name tags have been printed as of late last week. Those who change sites or did not RSVP will have to write their names in on a blank tag.

Much thanks to Diverjean and Allen for printing the tags. We got them today and will bring them.
If you do change sites, Chuck would appreciate you doing the RSVP. He will be cutting the updates of maps off after Christmas if not before.
Going to be a fun Canopener for sure!
