Would be upgradable to a 235/75R15. Diameter wise, it will upsize from 28.3" to 28.9". Which results in 3/10" lift. Sounds small but it is a meaningful lift.

Alternatively, it's possible your 23FB could fit a larger wheel/tire still. A common upgrade for larger trailers is to go to 16" wheels with a 225/75r16 tire. Which is a full 1" diameter taller than the stock setup, or 1/2" lift. More cost and effort for another 2/10" over the previous option.

The lift and the tires and wheels are one salutation to the problem, but I think I would use a 2x12 X number of feet long and save a whole of money. I have surveyed the trailer and driveway and as you can see by the pics I posted there should not be a problem with the 2019 23FB. Older models with 14" tires could be a problem, the newer trailers do set higher with and the sewer dump has been raised.

Have you tried just unhooking your weight distributing bars to let the full weight rest on the ball? The lower hitch height may raise your rear bumper just enough to clear, then attach your bars out in the street. My vehicle lowers an extra inch or more when I've had to move it a short distance in the driveway and didn't bother with the full load leveling hookup.
Thought it would be worth trying, sometimes the simplest solutions are best!
