I don't expect the answer I want...

Can you apply Trempro 635 or Vulkem in the rain? I'm tracking down all of the leaks since it has finally really rained for a few days straight - the subflooring is in, and lower interior skins are off.

Not a smart thing to do, as the water could create bubbles resulting in a bad seal job.

He is right. I once used a bit inside while it was raining and leaking and it just made a big water bubble.

You could try covering outside area until you get it sealed and wait a while to uncover and check.
