Can windows be made?

I have a 1961 Spaceliner that needs 4 Hehr 1299 01031(number stamped on window) windows. they measure 19 7/8 x 30 3/8. The measurement is from the outside flange to outside flange. I need the complete windows sans glass. The PO(s) drilled holes and bolted plexi glass to the skin of the trailer. I guess they tried to fix the wnidows and couldn't............ The style is as pictured and described above.
