Main door hinge

I have a 2012 EB 25. I noticed the top hinge pin for the main door was pulling out of its spot. ordered a new c clamp and installed easy fix. But when looking at the lower hinge pin it has a washer/spacer at all the meeting points for the door and hinge the upper hinge has only one spacer. is this a mistake made somewhere along the line or do the spacer vary from hinge to hinge?

The number of washers is dependent upon the accuracy of the placement of the hinge halves on the door and the frame. I got a package of E-clips (1/4") from Ace and stacked them so there was equal door hanging force on each hinge.
