TV Thick Blue Wire?

That was the original. It is very hard to tell what PO's have done over the past 40 years.

We installed a new Boondocker converter and new fuse box. There is no place for the tow vehicle battery (thick blue wire) to hook into, what should we do with it? If we don't have it connected to anything, what functionality will we loose?
