Tail Lights, Door Hinges & Rims Strip Polish and Coat

Spring is just around the corner - and I am geared up to tackle a ton of things that need doing on my 05 22' CCD International.

Although I am pretty handy and can do most things BUT I want my three mentioned items to look brand spankin new again.

Tail lights - The big question - would it be better for me to take them to a truck polisher, or to some body work company. To save some money I can remove them myself and get them done and then re-install them.

Door hinges: How easy are they to remove? can anyone point me in the direction of a video or instructions. The hinges are pretty yucky now with corrosion.

Lastly the aluminum rims - would it be best to take them to a truck rim polisher - I think they do them right on the unit?

After all that is done - what is the best way to clear coat the tail lights and door hinges? Product and method - any advice would be greatly appreciated.
