Clearance Light Problem

Does anyone have an idea how I can repair this clearance light. The lens has popped up and won't go down. I am not comfortable trying to force it as it might dent the trailer roof in that area. This is on the back of the trailer.

Thanks. I will try them again. The first time I called them they told me to take it back to the dealer or seal it with silicon caulk. I would like to repair it myself as the dealer is a long drive from us and typically wants to keep the trailer. Plus, we have had some unfortunate experiences with them in previous Airstreams.

Curious as to whether on not anyone else has had this happen. I did get some great service help from Airstream. I was instructed to try and spread the compression clips with a screwdriver and then try to reseat the light.
In the picture you can just see one of the compression clips.
