Angry '61 Bambi Toilet Base

We just bought a '61 Bambi 16' and proceeded to break the ceramic toilet flapper valve on the cast aluminum base. Now what?

Just so I understand, the flapper itself broke? I didn't know they were ceramic. What brand is the toilet? Can you post a picture or two? BTW, welcome to the forums.

That was quick...thanks! The english language is great! The handle of the aluminum flush valve broke. The base is clear across town and I will take some photos tomorrow and get model, etc. The whole thing looks like the original package. The toilet is ceramic and the entire base is cast aluminum. We were trying to free up a very carroded flush valve and it cracked off. I believe we will need the entire base. Moe
