Furnace Help

About 1 1/2 weeks ago we took the 69 Overlander out for its second trip and the furnace started acting up and I would like some input on what to check.

After running the heater for a few minutes, the fan would click off and attempt to come back on. It would come on for one second, then off again. We shut off the thermostat and it continuted to do this until the unit cooled sufficiently. It was quite frustrating as when the fan was attempting to startup again, the lights would flicker and you could hear the clicking at the heater.

I was hooked up to power and the inverter was working fine so I don't think it was a low battery issue.

Is there a switch or relay that might be suspect? If so, where is it and what is it?

Help?!?!

Thanks,

Yes, there are several and they are located in the furnace itself. The furnace will probably have to be removed for access.

Here's a schematic of a similar unit from member JimC's photo gallery:

Inland Andy once mentioned he has some parts for the older Suburban furnaces.
