Finleys Landing Park Dubuque Iowa; about 20 miles from Field of Dreams We have camped there. It is on the Mississippi River and there is boat traffic (barges) and sometimes one of the cruse boats will come by with the music playing. The park is located behind a Casino and close to Bike path. There are lots to see in Dubuque ie, "clog Railroad up hill to look-out, breweries and wineries and historic buildings. Also the Galena Territories in Illinois and home of US Grant and unique tourist shops.
Dubuque is located on the tri-states of Wisconsin, Illinois and Iowa.
