Safari Wardrobe Door Hinges Loose Adjustment

My 2003 Safari has one wardrobe door whose hinges loose adjustment on just about every trip over 200 miles. The other doors use the same hinges but don't have the same problem. The hinges are Grass type 3000 which are likely available. My only concern with replacing them is that removing and reinstalling screws in plywood doesn't always give a satisfactory outcome.

Does anyone have any experience working with these hinges, possibly using a thread locking product prior to adjustment?

I carry a small bottle of Gorilla glue just for such things as setting screws that won't hold in particle or plywood.

Have you made sure that the "running gear" is properly balanced?

If not, then vibration will always loosen things up, especially screws.

When you say "running gear" I assume it means balancing of the tires? The tires were balanced when they were replaced this past spring. My problem is with one door and has been going on since before the tires were replaced. A tire out-of-balance problem would likely have effect on all doors?

Do these hinges have a history of loosing their adjustment?
