Redoing countertops

We would like to have new countertops in the galley and bathroom(new sink also) plus take out the microwave and have the countertops extend over that area and add an appliance cabinet.
Does anyone have recommendations on where I could take ti have that done?

Any good cabinet shop can do it for you. One that builds kitchens will be all set up for laminate work. I would throw my name in the hat, but I do not allow any plastics in my shop. There are literally thousands of different laminates available, some are even clad in aluminum, brass, or copper. There is a line by Formica that looks like the surfaces of the 1950's. You can do it yourself with just a minimal amount of tools. The contact cement has a great odor that is fun to work around too.
