Put the feet down with the VHB tape and then completely cover the foot (and VHB tape) with the Sikaflex. This protects the tape from UV and moisture.

i used the VHB tape under the solar panel feet
then covered the foot & VHB tape with Sikaflex.

The VHB holds it in place
the Sikaflex protects the tape from UV and other environment conditions i.e. water, snow etc
