Sikaflex 221 gray?

Hi All,

Is it okay to use the Sikaflex 221 gray to caulk exterior awning and other exterior areas where gray is preferred(not rated UV). The 721 UV seems to come only in white. We intend to do some work tomorrow.

I called airstream yesterday to try and buy some sikaflex 721 UV gray. They told me it was discontinued by the manufacturer and they only had a few tubes of white left. Airstream said they now use the 221 in place of the 721.

I seethe 721 UV listed on the JamesTown Distributors site in 20oz sausage tubes minimum quantity of 2. I called Jamestown and they thought for the aluminum color the 20oz tube is all that is available and the 10 oz tubes are discontinued for all colors Of course the 20oz tubes require a special gun.
