I just bought a 2009 19' International and the converter is blowing the 30 amp fuses? Any ideas or comments?

Welceom to the forums... I see you haven't got much response...perhaps if you give more information of what the circumstances are and more details of what exactly is happening we might be able to help...

May be a bad convertor. pull the fuse on each circuit leaving them out as you go until it stops blowing, if you pull all the fuses and it blows I would say it is the convertor. I replaced the convertor in my 2005 Safari with an upgraded unit about $200.00 DIY.

Well howdy and to Airforums, Chuck!
Sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your electrical circuitry, but you may already have the best answer, and if not, it is surely on it's way.
Be sure to post lots of good, big, clear photos of your trailer; we l-o-v-e to look at each others' trailers!
Keep on posting, and enjoy your time here...!

Thank you all for your suggestions. Wow, so much help! I'm new to the Airstream world so I will try a few of the suggestions and see how how they work and get back for results or more questions.

Great! And don't forget to change your profile to read "2009 19' International" so people don't have to ask what trailer you have, OK?

Thank you all for your suggestions. I followed the link you guys gave me to a supplier in Boise, Idaho. They were great, sent me an upgraded converter, made in America for $225. I replaced the Parallax unit from China in about 2 hours. Everything went perfectly. Fit better than the original. This company in Idaho was great. I highly recommend them. What converter did you end up with?
