Dip in 2016 22FB Bambi floor?

I've discovered a small dip in floor in front of fridge. No evident water leak. How do I find out what is happening? Could it be related to air conditioner? I have had to run air last few days and this has developed during the last month.

It is fixed. Small leak behind fridge when it rains. All good now...just not under warranty.

Where behind the fridge was the leak? I'm trying to figure out if my floor water damage was just from a leaky pipe I fixed last summer or a leak somewhere from the outside. It's right next to the fridge, in front of the wheel well. Thanks!

It was in the caulking around outside box. Tiny spot. But if the overflow for defrosting the fridge overflowed it could have leaked through that hole. I dont know for sure
