I have a 1986 345 motorhome, trying to determine value for this unit. I am 3rd owner and m/h is in good condition, awning and generator work well, 454 engine runs fine with less than 50,000 miles on it. Interior is in good condition with bed in the rear, any advice will be listened to. The m/h does need tires.
Both will give you a good idea as to current asking prices for 345s. Without seeing your unit much comes down to condition. Units range from high teens to low thirties with the bulk in the low twenties.
Not having good tires will be a big turn off for someone looking to fly in nd drive home. You're looking at $2400 to replace all eight.

also the 345 have different levels of trim, some plastic cabinets, some with wood. That and the above mentioned things determine pricing.
Those units seem to be more plentiful in the marketplace and there has been a wide range in asking prices from upper teens to low thirties, occasionally higher, but whether the seller got that price is another issue.
