I had to spend 8 hours with the rear bedroom dresser cabinet making everything fit....putting the front furnace in the rear bedroom in the dresser is definitely possible but it requires a lot of patience and nothing will fit the way it came apart so a complete redesign was necessary. Enough said....moving along to the refrigerator cabinet I finished the new floor install and mapped out the refrigerator baffle that Lance has recommended. I fired up both furnaces and they are good to go. This Saturday we will be re-installing the radiator and Sunday I will tackle the re-install of the wiring harness.....I think I am slowly losing my mind.....Regards, Bob

"...I think I am slowly losing my mind...." It might not be as slow as you think. I hope you don't lose it completely before you finish the shower. I say this for selfish reasons. I'm interested in the door install. Stay sane my friend!

Just about done digging out the 31" of snow we got Tuesday....the second day I took off in 28 years because of snow...last time off it was 41". The radiator is back in, along with the AC compressor, condenser, oil cooler, and trans cooler, the hydraullic leveling control board is also mounted. The wiring harness will be next Saturdays mission, today I need a break from the Bear work so I am going to play with the cabinets and visit my buddy who is making the new shower seat assembly. I plan on re-installing the Kool-O- Matic fan today with the new rubber isolaters. Regards, Bob

I worked on fabricating the new radiator hoses Sunday, finished the re-install of the cabinets and drawers under the kitchen sink, dreamed about driving the 370LE down the road again....Regards,Bob

Bob,
It's great to see all the progress. Getting the radiator back into place has got to be a huge step forward, and seeing the cabinets go back together makes things look almost livable.
So in terms of the title of your thread, where do you think you are along the path between "start and finish"? Hard to believe it's almost April!!

Ah yeah Charly,,,was going to call you today....need to know where something goes and you're the only one I know with a 370LE. Wiring harness back in 95%...It was a battle as well as the radiator...finally got the stain figured out for the cabinets...I now own about 12 sample cans of stain. Kool-O-Matic back in and operational.....we will be working Saturdays and Sundays now on the 370LE because I am running out of time...the shower pan can really screw me if it is not done on time because the refrigerator and dinette cannot go back in until the shower is done. Everything else is moving along, more later, Regards,Bob

The roof project is well under way, all of the clear coat has now been removed, and the first stage of the etching primer is going on, all of the holes where the previous satellite cabling and main unit mounts have been filled with Lapp and stainless screws. I will be transferring the satellite system from the 325LE to the 370LE in a month or so. Still playing around trying to figure out the best fan belt to use with the AC compressor. Should also be done fabricating the upper radiator hose temp sensor today. I should be able to finish about half the roof today and want to get some more done on the refrigerator hole today as well. Regards, Bob

I have finished about 50% of the roof....need more material ! The refrigerator baffle is now installed, I was able to add 1" of insulation to the dinette side, 2" to the shower side and 3" on top. With the addition of the baffle and all the new insulation it will be interesting to see how the refrigerator now performs, and also the addition of the 2 fans in the roof vent should greatly improve operation, Regards, Bob
