Shawn, First of all, We would love for you guys to come.
Many people will be able to have rally power. That means 3 amps. 3 amps is not enough to run an AC. The rally electric goes to those needing it for medical reasons first and then if we have some left over, we can give it out to those lucky to be in the right place at the right time. We are trying to sort out exactly how much there will be since we have a rather vast area. As Ace said, the Scotty Club has many trailers hooked up to the grid. I just do not want to make a promise I cannot keep in saying we can hook you up and you can run an AC no problem. The full hook ups are just up the hill. It is an easy walk except for after happy hour.
My verizon worked just fine there when I camped with the Scotty group.

Cooper's Lake Campground is located one hour north of Pittsburgh.

Over the last 40 years in Pittsburgh, the coolest it has ever been on July 4 is 50F, the hottest it has been is 91F.

The average MAX temp on July 4 is 81F.

The average LOW temp is 64F.

The highest LOW temp was 75F in 1999.

The LOW temp has exceeded 70F only 3 times since 1972.

The MAX temp has exceeded 90F only 4 times since 1972.

Pennsylvania State Climatologist (Click on KAGC for Pittsburgh, then select July 4.)

The 10 acre lake looks pretty inviting too, just in case.

We will fit you in no worries. There is room for 500 trailers. This might be a chance to buy that generator you have always wanted.

I just ordered the rocket kits. Thanks to Dan I got hooked up with the Boy Scouts of America. They had a very good price on bulk kits. Here are the two I selected...

I will have 24 kits for sale. They will cost $12/kit and include 2 rocket motors. I will also have some extra rocket motors if wanted. We will have all the materials needed to build your kit. We hope to build a three rocket launch pad where each kid can fire the ignition button.

I also wanted to touch on the request for canopies. If anyone has any we can use, please let us know. I will probably buy another 10 x 20 to use for the cause. what's better than one 10x 20 canopy? Two.
