Great..now there is someone named Louise in the group...some how I have never met her...but with a first name like Jeez, I am kinda scared.

I am still holding out for very late December or very early January at Jalama in group area D with electrical hook ups for Uwe.

Bob,

Group area B has electrical hook ups and has 13 sites, area D only has 8 sites.

Check your e-mail.

I like Jalama...it looks nice and it is one of Louise's favorites.

I can't do late December or New Years so was hoping for January...

but maybe Louise could make it.

I think we will reserve the gavel for after we find out if Jalama is available in January. Bam doesn't do new years, I forgot my brother Uwe would not be back in town until January, it appears that str8strm may not be able to make the first weekend in January, we may have problems with the 2nd and 3rd weekend...is kevbo the only flex-tube we have in the central accounting office?

Maybe Jeez can break this cluster dysfunction.

We may have to *gasp* have an actual poll.

Or just pick a date with the most people available and call it good.
It may not be possible to find a date that works for everyone.
I think Bob should put all the dates in a hat and pick one.
Bob started the thread so he gets to pick...and keep the donkey.

(congrats on 1000 posts, oh Rivet-rivet Master)

thats fine with us

we would love to make it but if it does not work out we will see most folks in San Clemente. In reading about the group sites at Jalama, one of them said it was surrounded by a tall hedge---does that mean you can not see the ocean??---also one said that any size MoHo counts as 2 trailers!! We are shorter than a lot of tow, trailer combos ...I think its MoHo discrimination!!

Dear friends and obsessive ralliers,

*holding envelope to forehead*

It appears that the second weekend in January (8th & 9th and possibly Thursday the 7th) seems like the best possibility for the most people. If I have read this thread correctly (no guarantees there) everyone who has responded so far can make it except for the TIMES who are still a definite maybe so we will twist their arms and make sure they come too.

We also have the nrrr coming up in Feb. so earlier in Jan. is better than later for those of us who need to be home occasionally.

Kevbo has graciously volunteered to call Jalama tomorrow AM and grab the group site if it is available.

All newbies (and their families, friends, and pets) are always welcome.

So how many of us say "yes" to:

Jalama, January 7, 8, 9 2008, for a winter rally (theme to be decided) ??

Sincerely,

J. Louise

Louise,

Is it just my calendar or are Jan, 7,8,9 a Mon, Tues, Weds?

Cachuma = cold in Jan.

Mrs Goin and her husband are free from work the week between Christmas and NewYears. Anybody wanna go camp or go traveling?

Krikles from over the hill and around the corner. New folks are not only welcomed but encouraged. Don't forget to slink over to the CalStreamers Fall Rally thread and join us in Nov. only a space or two left. We don't have newbies around here. Just old friends we have not met yet.

Well the Outhouse is righted and all comfort and convienence has been restored to the palatial shack.

Bam there is courtesy parking across the dirt road.

Rudy
