Actually, it was dark here tonight before 5:00 PM. Being at the extreme Eastern end of the Central Time Zone means dark comes early in the winter.

i'm all for a multiplex cinema...

but i've seen 40+ watch one movie...

when an airstream is the screen!

We are planning on doing a mexican/avacado/cheese layered dip. Deviled eggs for the breakfast. All other food looking good! Betty and Frank Howard. By the way what does SOB mean. Must have some other meaning than the popular one. We are new to this.

SOB stands for Some Other Brand, as in a non Airstream RV.

The SOB in our midst might ask to be relocted after he sees what's going on around him. Then again, he might decide that he reallly wants an Airstream!

Some people also have said "some other box", but I like "some other brand".

We see there is a slight dislike of SOBs. Not that there is anything wrong with that. Just glad we picked an airstream. I'm sure we will feel the same after our first rally. My daughter in law turned us on to airstreams. She wants an old one to fix up. She says they are the in thing in California. We bought ours to use on our lot when we had to tear done our house after hurricane Jean and Frances, but now plan to use it to meet new friends. So look forward to meeting the fun airsteam community. B&F

I dont really mind what time we do have the potluck but I to thought that it would be a good time since there would be some light left in the day to do some things before it got dark.If everyone would like to do this at 6:00P.M.or another time that is ok.I want it to fit everyones schedule as smooth as possible.

Devoman - I'll help set up tables and chairs around 5pm and bring my dish down, it's more of an appetizer anyway and if it's cool will help keep the bellys warm as people arrive and set theirs up. Besides, having the stuff setup for the food arrivals allows me to sample as others are getting their foods laid out. It will also allow me to taste test your dish like the last time to give my approval - no trick doh-balls this time.

Thought I would post this.Here is a simple prize to a future winner at the rally.You can not really see the hook at the bottom but it is a hanger for hand towels,keys,hats,etc,etc

I stated earlier that I could bring one 6ft table and might be able to bring 2 of them and will also help with the setup.

Ok some one was wondering what SOB meant. Now I would like to know what DW stands for ? Cause I haven`t figured that one out. Thanks Davis

We have a couple of 6' tables and about eight folding chairs that we can go back to the house and get if needed.

when you place an order, there's a couple of shipping options. last time i checked, if you do standard shipping, it wouldn't ship until after xmas.. so it would be close. there are still expedited shipping options that will guarantee shipping by xmas, to be safe.
